Dr. Link "Oz" Oswald has worked in Communications for over a decade, with experience spanning corporate communications, higher education, and the public sector. He is a seasoned professional with proven expertise in an analytical, data-driven approach to communications strategy. Oz has demonstrated strength in fostering and managing stakeholder relationships, building communications portfolios, and providing end-to-end communications support for clients.
Education: Purdue University, IUPUI, Indiana University, Valdosta University, and Defense Information School.
Awards:
Oz was named the United States Navy's 2017 Public Affairs Specialist of the Year by the Chief of Naval Information (CHINFO)--who is considered the highest level of Navy Communication--and has received three commendations from three different CHINFOs over his career. Oz also received a Navy Civilian Meritorious Service Award, which is the third highest award a Navy civilian can receive. It is awarded to civilian employees in the Department of the Navy for meritorious service or contributions resulting in high value or benefits for the Navy.
